Shipping & Returns
At Dulcie Dug we want you to feel confident ordering from our online store. Keeping this in mind, our Shipping and Returns policy is as follows:
# Orders received prior to 8pm AEST will be sent the next business day unless otherwise communicated with you.
# We offer $12 flat rate shipping in Australia. Overseas orders will be calculated accordingly at the checkout. You can opt for Express Postage for $15 should you choose this option at the checkout.
# If your order exceeds $250 you will receive complimentary shipping.
# If you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
# Simply complete the refunds form and place in bag with item/s. Email hello@dulciedug.com.au before sending item so we know to expect it. Items must be shipped to PO BOX 179, PINNAROO, SA, 5304.
# Please return the item/s to us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange or credit note. This applies to full price items only - we do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items (this includes using discount codes).
# You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
# Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges will only be waived if the returned item is faulty.
# We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as Dulcie Dug cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if you have ordered a brand other than Dulcie Dug from our website.
# Exchange items will be processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online or via email, and return the original item, to be exchanged, for a refund.
# Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
# Any credit notes issued will be valid for the period of 12 months.
# Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us, in its original condition.
